HOW WE WORK
Current rates.
The right freight partner.
Freight Check examines whether your current freight rates are up to date and whether another forwarder could offer a better fit. Transport coordination and invoice audit are available as separate services.
01
Discuss the question
We start with a short conversation about your routes, buying responsibility, current forwarder and the price or service question you want to answer.
02
Agree the scope
We agree which lanes and shipment profiles to compare, which service criteria matter, and the deliverables, fee and timing before starting.
03
Compare rates and forwarders
We compare current freight agreements with relevant, current forwarder quotes on equivalent shipment assumptions. We consider total charges, included services, transit times and operating requirements.
04
Explain the findings
We explain the options and trade-offs so you can decide whether to keep your provider, improve the terms or consider a different forwarder.
What is included
Sample: the routes, shipment profiles and decision to be assessed are agreed for each Freight Check.
Costs: compare total freight charges using matching routes, cargo, equipment, service legs, surcharges, Incoterms and quote validity.
Timing: timing is agreed based on the data and availability of comparable current quotes.
Follow-up: discuss the comparison and an appropriate next action. Arranging transport requires separate shipment instructions and commercial terms.
What we need
For the initial conversation, a short description of your shipments and your main question is enough. We then agree which records are needed and how to share them securely.
A Freight Check starts with your current rates or quotes, routes, shipment frequency, cargo and equipment details, delivery terms and service requirements. A separate invoice audit requires the relevant invoices and their supporting agreements.
Keep confidential invoices and shipment documents out of the initial contact form. We agree a suitable secure route before requesting files.
Clear boundaries
Freight Check covers current rate and forwarder comparison. Transport coordination means arranging agreed shipments. Invoice audit separately checks what was billed against what was agreed. The scope, responsibilities and fee for each service are confirmed before work begins.
We do not guarantee savings or recommend a switch without supporting evidence. Current quotes may differ in validity, capacity and service terms; we make those limitations clear.
We only start once the scope and required inputs are agreed. If the comparison cannot be completed on that basis, we discuss the next step with you.
